Overview of the Event
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an integral part of modern society, influencing various aspects of daily life such as communication, education, healthcare, and technology. Despite its growing presence, many people still have limited understanding of what AI truly is and how it works. This gap in awareness motivated the AI Club to organize an AI Awareness Event focused on educating the general public.
The event was designed as an open and interactive initiative, conducted in public spaces rather than enclosed classrooms. This approach allowed direct engagement with people from diverse backgrounds, creating an inclusive learning environment where anyone could participate and learn about Artificial Intelligence.
Objective of the Event
The primary objective of the event was to spread basic awareness about Artificial Intelligence among the general public. The goal was to explain AI concepts in simple and relatable language so that people without technical knowledge could easily understand them.
Another objective was to remove common misconceptions and fears surrounding AI, such as the belief that AI is overly complex or harmful. By addressing these concerns through open discussion, the event aimed to build a positive perception of AI.

Poster Awareness Campaign
The poster awareness campaign was a key component of the event. Informative posters related to Artificial Intelligence were designed and displayed at various public locations across Rajkot and other areas of Gujarat. These locations were selected based on public visibility and foot traffic.

Interaction with Strangers
Interacting with strangers was one of the most important aspects of the event. Members approached people respectfully, introduced the purpose of the campaign, and explained the information displayed on the posters.
Initially, starting conversations with unknown individuals was challenging, but as interactions increased, confidence grew. These discussions allowed meaningful knowledge exchange and made the awareness campaign more impactful.
Awareness Spread During the Event
